【強制送還の2人逮捕】強盗事件との関連は？捜査の焦点は「実行役」「携帯の解析」
連続強盗事件の指示役「ルフィ」の疑いが浮上している日本人4人のうち、2人が強制送還され、警視庁は2人を逮捕。特殊詐欺事件について調べを進めるとともに、一連の強盗事件との関連についても全容解明を進める方針です。警視庁記者クラブから石浜勇樹記者が最新情報を伝えます。
今後の捜査のポイントは、「実行役の人間がしゃべるかもしれない」ということと、「4人の携帯電話の解析」です。
警視庁は、特殊詐欺グループにおいて今村磨人容疑者はかけ子のリーダー、藤田聖也容疑者はリクルーターとみていて、トップには8日にも送還される渡辺容疑者がいたとみています。
4人がそろっても、容疑を素直に認めてすべてを語り出すというのはなかなか考えづらいですが、一方でグループの幹部たちが逮捕されることで、グループでは末端の実行役、これまで逮捕されても報復を恐れて否認や黙秘をしていた容疑者たちが証拠となる供述を始める可能性があります。
もうひとつのポイントは携帯電話の解析。4人は秘匿性の高い「テレグラム」を使っていたとされていて、どこまで履歴を復元できるか不透明な部分もありますが、解析していく中で過去の特殊詐欺事件での証拠が出てくる可能性もあるかもしれないし、今回の一連の強盗事件では「ルフィ」と名乗る人物らが携帯で指示を出しているとみられていますが、その関連の証拠が出てくるかもしれません。
今はあくまで詐欺事件の捜査をしているわけですが、強盗事件の指示役としての確固たる証拠が出てくれば、今後、強盗事件においても進展がある可能性があります。
